You go to the Dr’s office and the dreaded look you get when they look at your labs… They list a bunch of medications that you are convinced that you do not need! But you are willing to go down the path of testing any holistic options.
I did my research and from 2018 – 2020 with the help of Maria Emmerich and Dr. Paul Saladino I did some testing. I have not checked my levels yet – but I keep trying to live a ketogenic/carnivore lifestyle and testing out the products below.
